Alan George Fraser
Al Fraser, aged 77 of Lake Echo NS (formerly Charlottetown PE), passed away suddenly at his home in Lake Echo NS February 7th, 2022 with his loving wife of over 50 years at his side. Born in New Glasgow NS, he was the son of the late Charles and Marion (Rafuse) Fraser. Al was a loving husband, brother, uncle and friend. Al’s favorite place to be was on PEI at his cottage in Malpeque entertaining family and friends. To his family and friends, he had a warm laugh, great sense of humor and an elegant style also seen in his works of art. Al loved to travel and his favorite place was Holguin ,Cuba where he made special long lasting friends.
Al is survived by beloved wife, Cordelia (Harrington) Fraser; by siblings Lana (Fraser) Lowther of Stratford and Carole (Monty) Kells of Newnan, Georgia; uncle Graham and Irma Fraser of Dartmouth NS, aunt Helen MacNeill; in-laws Diana Fraser of Halifax NS, Myrna and Clive Balderston of Moncton NB, Eleanor Simmons of Kensington PE, William Harrington of Kensington PE, Alan and Valerie Harrington of Spring Valley PE, Ian MacLeod of Charlottetown PE and many wonderful nieces and nephews.
Al is predeceased by his parents Charles and Marion Fraser, brother Douglas Fraser, brother-in-law Garnet Lowther, parents-in-law Keith and Irene Harrington, sister-in-law Judy (Harrington) MacLeod, nephew Aidan Harrington and brother-in-law Edward Simmons.

Resting at Davison Funeral Home in Kensington PE. Funeral Saturday June 18, 2022 at St. Stephen's Anglican Church at 2 p.m. Mask use required for those attending the service. Interment in St Stephens Anglican Church Cemetery. The service will be available to view online after 4 p.m. on the day of the funeral. In lieu of flowers, donations to the St. Stephens Anglican Church, Irishtown PE or charity of your choice.
