Lloyd F. Cann

At the Prince County Hospital Summerside on Thursday March 2, 2023 of Lloyd Franklyn Cann of Northam aged 93 years.  Born in Northam, May 29, 1929 son of the late William and Florence (Currie) Cann.  Husband of the late Mary (MacKenzie) Cann. Survived by his children Beverly (Barry-deceased) Thompson, Marion (Eric) MacCaull and Marvyn (Helen) Cann. Grandfather of Jennifer Thompson, Stephanie Thompson (Patrick Noonan), Melissa Thompson (Kevin Arthur), Tammy (Bryan) Rodd, Deanna MacCaull, Angela Cann, Sarah Cann, Amanda Cann, Lindsey Cann, Shane Cann and 11 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandson.

Brother of Edwin (Henrietta), Orville (Dorothy), Roy (Lois), and Ronnie (Mary) Cann.  Brother-in-law of  Helen Cann and Jean Cann. Also survived by many special nieces and nephews.

Predeceased by brothers Nelson, Hubert, Wyman (Mary), Carman, Louis (Verna), sisters Daisy Cann & Vera Campbell.

Resting at the Davison Funeral Home in Kensington for visitation on Monday from 3-6 p.m.. Funeral Tuesday in the Davison Funeral Home Chapel at 11:00 a.m. and will be available to view online by following the link on the online death notice on the funeral home’s website.   Interment later in the Lower Montague Cemetery.  If so desired, memorial donations may be made to Lower Montague Cemetery or Prince County Hospital Foundation or the Wedgewood Manor.
