Ralph Francis Rose
1936-2021
It is with sadness that the family of Ralph Francis (Frank) Rose announce his passing on Saturday, April 17, 2021 at Prince County hospital in Summerside, PE at the age of 84. Born in Cornerbrook, NF he joined the army at the age of 20 and eventually settled in Ontario for most of his life until returning to his east coast roots in PEI. He is predeceased by his parents, Ralph Rose and Rita MacDonald, his brother Walter and sister Yvonne (Dolly). Warmly remembered by his sisters Muriel and Hilda, his children Ron (Sandra), Al (Lisa) and Laurie (Terry) Robertson. Known as Gampy to grandchildren Jennifer (Britt) Jessop, Mitchell, Shannon, Amber, Amanda, Drake, Wade, Garrett and great granddaughter Arielle.
He is resting at Davison Funeral Home in Kensington, PE and when Covid-19 allows there will be a private family memorial. In lieu of flowers and donations, the family simply asks to pay love and kindness forward.
