Robert Milner
1936-2020
Suddenly, on Friday, August 14, 2020 Robert Milner of Kensington, aged 84 years passed away. Born February 24th, 1936 in Bolton-on-Dearne, Yorkshire, England. Robert, loving husband of Kathleen, father of Paul (Kathleen) and Andrew (Lynn). Grandfather lovingly called Poppy to March, Burgess and Troy will be sorely missed. Robert will be lovingly remembered by surviving family in England and friends around the globe.
Robert was educated in the medical/mental health sector and had a very successful career in this field but his passion was always painting. With his first paint brush in his hand at age 5, Robert never stopped. His painting can be found across 5 continents in galleries and private collections. Robert was very generous and donated many works of art to various causes over the years and shared his talent with his family and in his career in mental health. Robert loved tennis, football (go Man U), golf (he always found the ponds), the ocean and the beaches and listening to Kathleen’s beautiful voice.
Special thank you to the caring physicians, nursing staff and EMS and friends and family during this difficult time.
