It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Mary MacDonald, of Summerside, aged 68 years at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Charlottetown, on Tuesday, May 21, 2019 after a brief illness. Mary will be remembered for her kindness, her giving nature and her sense of humour. She was a strong individual who handled her diagnosis and treatment with an amazing sense of strength and positive outlook. This certainly was a comfort to her family and friends and was much appreciated by her doctors and nurses at QEH. Mary was much respected by her co-workers (her second family) at Probation Services Summerside. She enjoyed traveling, spending time with family, watching hockey and cooking for others. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
